Nobutake Matsushita (Larry)
Larry is a very experienced executive coach who specializes in working with leaders to develop to their full potential, enhancing leadership skills and effectiveness, stretching into their new roles, and upgrading organizational structures. Since 1999, He has given over 500 executive coaching to major corporations in Japan.
With his unique coaching model based on psychological/behavioral studies, Larry has helped many executives enhancing emotional intelligence, integrating more efficient interpersonal skills into their leadership repertoire, and achieving their individual and business goals.
Larry has a BA in business administration from Kyoto University, and there he also studied Clinical Psychology from 1988 to 1994. He is a CEO of Zom , a special advisor for SNA Coaching Association, an examiner for career counseling certificate program at Japan Productivity Center for Socio-Economic Development, a special professor at Dokkyo University teaching Psychology, and an associate member of International Society for Research on Emotions. As a mental coach of Nippondensan-Sankyo speed skate team since 2003, Larry has participated to the Winter Olympic game at Turin in 2006,at Vancouver in 2010, Sochi in 2014. Two skaters got medals at Vancouver.
